Push to turn latch lock. Robust diecast construction.
When the padlock is engaged free moving head resists accidental damage and negates opportunity to try and force the housing round, (relevant to steel doors). Accepts 5 – 7mm shackle.
Hasp and staple locks can also be used in certain applications where locks are not required or suitable at all, for example, infant and junior schools. This is a much cheaper option than fitting a handle.
